2019 Summer Camp Foxfire

Sponsored by the Park and the Town of Windsor...

About Northwest Park’s Summer Camp Foxfire

Northwest Park is excited to announce our new and thrilling summer camp program, Camp Foxfire, launching in summer 2019!  Since 1983, our environmental educators have connected generations of children to the world of nature through summer Nature Camp.  With the launch of Camp Foxfire, we are pleased to offer a more enhanced and in-depth experience in outdoor education.  Click here to Download the Themes and Dates for 2019. (themes and dates attached in PDF format)

Camp Foxfire offers week-long nature programs for campers Pre K- 8 that focus on science, agriculture and environmental education within our 473 acre campus at Northwest Park. We invite you to register for one, two or all three of our unique weekly themed sessions. To accommodate as many children as possible, campers are not permitted to repeat the same theme a second time. Children may only attend a maximum of three weeks at Camp Foxfire. Northwest Park’s staff are highly qualified individuals who enjoy working with children. All staff members are certified in First Aid and CPR.

For more details and registration information, visit www.townofwindsorct.com/recreation, call 860-285-1886, or visit the Northwest Park Nature Center.
